Sho Islam, EBE B.S. and FBE M.S., serves as the Director of the Office of Business Engagement in Middlesex County, New Jersey.

Jason Kelce invests in South Jersey family-owned hot sauce brand Hank Sauce.  The Rutgers Food Innovation Center collaborated with Hank Sauce in their early days to help them address food safety, production, and scaling.
